I.Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all products that we sell will meet the customer's stated. Handling and storage is the responsibility of the buyer and should adhere to our recommendations for maximum shelf life.

II.Inspection, Shortages and Damages

All orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt for shortages or damages. Do not accept damaged goods without a damage notation from the carrier. Retain containers and packing material for the carrier's inspection report. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Tyson Tech within one week of receipt of goods. Then compensate will be discussed after that.

III.Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB Shenzhen ,China unless other terms are mutually agreed upon in writing. Orders are shipped the best way via courier, or freight carrier of our choice unless requested at the time of order. We recommend bulk orders are shipped by sea with best way for saving your money and with mutual agreement, we ship regularly goods to you without any delay by sea.
